1 pound ground beef
1 diced onion
1 large can tomato paste
1 large diced tomato
4 (16-ounce) cans of beans (kidney, navy, pinto, etc.)
3 gloves of garlic
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 tablespoon black pepper
1. Crumble and brown beef; drain. Add onions and garlic, and saute until soften. Add remaining ingredients and simmer a few hours.
Tip: May add a can of corn for different texture.
Tip: I usually add three types of beans.
